Virtual Body Jam, an Interactive Dance Game
Virtual Body Jam, created in 2006, is a Flash-based game that promotes the Les Mills Body Jam Fitness program.
To play the game, you choose and dress your character, and then repeat the dance sequence of the game host who demonstrates the moves. Essentially, this means you watch the order of the pressed colored pie slices to complete the pattern successfully:

Flash Game from Ikea Features Dancers
A "Kom In" promotion from home furnishing company Ikea features a Flash-based game with controllable dancers.
Once you're in interactive mode, you can push any key on your keyboard to move the dancers forward a frame at a time. Plus, you can add your own sound tracks:
